How can I exchange an item?

1) Conditions for returning merchandise:

• The shoes can be returned within 15 days from having received the same.
• The packaging of the footwear to be returned must be intact.
• Shipment must include identification of purchase, meaning the invoice obtained and the completed return form.
• Returns are free, only for Italy, of charge within the first 15 days.
• Returns for other countries the cost is 12 euros
• The shoe soles must be clean. Therefore, we recommended that when you try them on, stand on a clean carpet.

After receiving the returned shoes, we will send the client the amount due within 15 working days.
